Frequently Asked Questions

· How can I be sure my garden is big enough for the castle I would like?

The sizes shown are the castle’s footprint. Please remember to add approx. 1.5m (5ft) at the back for the blower and sufficient room at the front for the crash mats. Be aware that the castles are approx. 12ft. high.

· Does my garden have to be completely level?

The castles are able to tolerate small dips or a slight slope but the more level the ground is the more stable the castle will be.

· I’m still not sure which castle will be best for my garden?

For most customers it’s usually possible for Scallywags to visit you to assess your garden and advise you beforehand.

· What time will you deliver and collect?

Deliveries are usually made in the morning and collections start around 6pm. Delivery/collection times depend on location and time of year.

· My party is finishing very late. Will it be possible to keep the castle overnight?

In some cases this is possible. There will however be a small charge.

· If I have to cancel due to bad weather or illness will I have to pay a cancellation fee?

No, we understand that sometimes the best made plans go wrong. Providing you inform us by 6pm the previous day there will not normally be a cancellation fee.
